Outstanding my stay at New Otani Inn Sapporo customer care helped me have a new room After i requested for assist. The breakfast and foods generally was perfect. All of the personnel I contacted have been very nice.

Extremely wonderful and perfectly clean spot. The location is great, just what we needed. Beds were being very nice. There wasn’t much about the social atmosphere nevertheless it is good for a complete night relaxation. I loved my days here enormously and will probably come again for my upcoming visit here.
